Concord Pharmacy is delighted to announce that we will be running the new pharmacy at Concord Medical Centre and we will do our very best to provide a smooth transition for patients and staff as we take over from Lloyds.
Our ambition is to provide the highest level of pharmacy services to help you stay well, together with a new level of integration with your GP service to give you the best possible healthcare experience.
Concord Pharmacy is the trading name of AllPharm Limited.
We are not content to provide the same old retail chemist experience but we aim to provide a new level of integration with your GP and other health services and to innovate and use new technology to help make a personal service, seamless, safe and efficient.
We work very closely with Concord Medical Centre to try to streamline clinical and medication reviews where pharmacy and GP both play a part and are happy to do the same with your GP practice
